Tension Detector, Tension load cell,  tension transducer  LX Series measures the flexibility of leaf spring which is loaded through high-accurate detector. The tension it measures has the features of low temperature excursion, high stability and linearity.

The acceleration, deceleration and constant speed of the machine require a tension control system to adjust. If the tension is insufficient, the material is excessively deformed; if the tension is too large, the raw material is easily broken. A typical tension control system consists mainly of tension controllers, tension indicators, tension sensors, magnetic powder brakes and magnetic powder clutches. According to the loop tension control, it is divided into open loop and closed loop. Open loop control system: tension sensor + tension controller + tension display; there is no tension feedback, after control is regardless of the result. Closed-loop control system: tension sensor + tension controller + magnetic powder brake + magnetic powder clutch; there is tension value feedback, after control, according to the feedback value of the result, the control is corrected to make the result in a suitable state. The big difference is that the closed loop tension control is more stable.
