Introduction of rubber rollers:

1. Ink roller

Apply to: conventional ink, UV ink, conventional/UV ink

Standard hardness: 20 30 35 40 (HS-A)

2. Dampening roller

Apply to: Alcohol dampening  Less alcohol dampening, free alcohol dampening

Standard hardness: 20 25 30 35 38(HS-A)

Material of the ink rollers:
Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, rubber, poly urethane, silicon rubber, nitrile -butadiene rubber or according to customer request.

 Finishing:
Zinc plating, nickle plating, chrome plating, phosphating, polishing, case hardening, carburization hardening, anodizing, black oxide
