Working Principle

Both the air pressure disc brake and the air pressure disc clutch generate axial thrust from the piston on the cylinder to form a torque transmission. Once the cylinder is relieved, the spring will push the piston back to the initial position and the torque will disappear. When a brake with a spring brake is used, the axial thrust required for the generated torque is generated by a spring, and the brake can be released by applying an appropriate air pressure to the piston.

Each top of brake module has manual air pressure valve, with pushing forward the opening, pushing afterward the closing. If needed torque changes greatly, movement of brake module can be changed.

The total thickness of friction pad is 10mm, and its maximum abrasion is 6mm. If it reaches maximum space, take down the two frameworks.
