The pneumatic chuck is used for winding and unwinding of coils having different cores,the lock ring,also called half-ring part permit to fix the pneumatic adaptor on another air shaft or axle, the expanding part ( rubber or aluminum made) is in charge of gripping the core.

The most usual application is for a pneumatic adaptor of 6" mounted on shafts for 3" cores.

But in our factory,this adaptor can be made to Outer Diameter 5”,Inner Diameter 3”.

And we can accept various customization.
