It is an important component on the lithium battery slitter (slitting machine), mainly used for reeling or rewinding, its main purpose is to manipulate the tension adjustment of the material in the winding process.

Its principle is: The central air pressure slip shaft is a tension adjustment type differential shaft, and the slip ring is independently slipped. The slip shaft is centered on the precision air core ventilation main shaft. The piston is used to push the piston in the cavity, so that the shaft core generates friction torque between the friction member and the slip ring, which further drives the oblique expansion piece on the inclined base. The radial direction expands, squeezing the take-up reel, and transmitting the torque of the take-up reel to achieve constant tension take-up. In this way, the winder can work with a degree of relaxation.
