3 Inch to 6 Inch Air Shaft Adapter

The air shaft adapter is also called pneumatic adaptor or core adapter, it is a rewinding and unwinding roll mainly used for coating, printing, rewinding, paper making, plastics,converting and other related machines.

Especially in the case of three-inch, six-inch air shafts frequently used in light loads, it shows its superiority. Two pneumatic adapters can be used instead of the six-inch air-up shaft, which is light in weight and easy to replace.

Structural features:

The core adaptor mainly comprises a front sleeve, a rear sleeve, a cylinder body, an inner tube, an air bag, a convex keyboard and the like.

The outer diameter of air shaft adaptor is Φ150mm, after expanding,the outer diameter is Φ157mm, the inner diameter of paper tube is Φ152.4±0.2mm, adaptor length is 300MM usually, and special size can be customized.
