Tension Detector, Tension load cell,  tension transducer  LX Series measures the flexibility of leaf spring which is loaded through high-accurate detector. The tension it measures has the features of low temperature excursion, high stability and linearity.

Tension controller features:

(1) the menu characteristic allows storage and reading of four forms of operation records.

(2) the optional memory cassette enables analyzing of operation data and writing of records inside the different stc-858b tension controller.

(3) the controller has a weak excitation function for powder grab / powder brake.

This function will enhance the torque rising operation in low-speed operation mode or for the duration of the preliminary begin-up of system.

(4) the controller automatically judges the polarity of the detector signal, therefore, wiring is executed with ignoring the specification (compression or anxiety)

(5) the dot matrix type liquid crystal display is followed for this controller, it has the capability of showing chinese characters.
