Design and installation precautions: unwinding the movable frame and the exporting roller as one. When the driver performs the telescopic action, the unwinding movable frame and the take-up roller work together; the edge detecting sensor needs to be installed after the exporting roller and is independently fixed; if it is a photoelectric sensor, It is then irradiated on the movable take-up roll or on other guide rolls integrated with the unwinding frame, that is, when the drive is actuated, the guide rolls illuminated by the photoelectric sensor also move with the drive together with the unwinding movable frame.

The correction system is simple to install and the arrangement of the control components is reasonable and clear. When setting, the user only needs to select the components (sensors, pushers, etc.) connected to the controller in the setup menu, and the controller will automatically match all relevant control parameters. In operation, the user only needs to select the operating mode (automatic, manual or back) and the correction mode (left unilateral correction, right unilateral correction or centerline correction). In general debugging, the function of returning to the middle is used, and when it returns to the middle position, the test is performed. In normal production, manual/automatic function switching is used to complete the production process. In the correction mode, the center line correction is often used. For example, the center line has been printed on the printing machine, and only the center line can be corrected in the production process.
