Re: Always the customers need the offer,but we need the customer to supply some specification as following:
Firstly, the measure of roller ,( the diameter of roller, including the end of roller) , if the drawing is supplied, which is good. Secondly, .the dimension of pattern, for 2 kinds conditions:
1 the dimension of pattern is ruled design,please tell us the size, sequence and the processing depth , etc data)
2 if the dimension of pattern is not ruled design, please supply the drawing or the sample.
Additional, the end use of the roller, and another requirements should be told together.
Q: Can you renovate the former roller and design the pattern?
Re: It is ok, we can renovate, so it can reduce the customer's cost.
Q: How long of the processing time?
Re: It depends on the pattern design, usually the time is 7 to 30days, some complex pattern, it is more long time.
Q: How long of the Guaranty time?
Re: for the whole roller, it is one year( 12 months)
