Taper Tension Control

Taper calculations are only required for tension control of the winding.

The purpose of the taper is only to make the end face of the receiving roll flat, so that the material roll does not have abnormal phenomena such as shrinkage and wrinkles.

Tension, physics noun. When the object is subjected to a tensile force, it exists inside it and is perpendicular to the mutual traction force on the contact faces of the two adjacent portions.

The term tension used in philosophical papers has the same meaning and contradiction. For example, "there is tension between Buddhism and the theory of reincarnation", meaning that there is some contradiction between the two theories.

Taper is the ratio of the diameter of the bottom surface of the cone to the height of the cone. If it is a round table, it is the ratio of the difference between the diameter of the upper and lower bottom circles and the height of the frustum. The taper plug gauge is mainly used to test the large diameter, taper and contact rate of the product, and belongs to the special comprehensive inspection tool. Taper plug gauges can be divided into size plug gauges and color gauges. Because the design and inspection of the coloring taper gauge are relatively simple, they are commonly used in workpiece measurement.
