2 Inch Multi Bladder Type Air Expanding Shaft

PRE's 2 Inch Multi-Bladder Air shaft has a strong steel body and is equipped with 4 expanding lugs positioned symmetrically around the shaft body. Eevery rubber lug has an expandable bladder underneath it. When the PU bladders are inflated, the lugs extended out of the shaft body and grip the core. The lugs run the length of the shaft body making this shaft ideal for narrow or multiple narrow rolls. As an option, the shaft can be equipped with a rotating joint for continuous air supply. Each shaft is customized made to your specific requirements.

Advantages of PRE Air Shaft

1.We use high-precision cold-drawn steel tube as the shaft body.The thickness of this kind of tube is uniform so when the rubber bladder inside is inflated ,all lugs/leaves/strips will stick out at same height and good material can help keep a better dynamic balance .

2. Adopting complete long lug bar and excellent springs for key type air shafts

For the key strip,we use a whole piece of aluminum plate to make it.And it can form a good protective ring around the rubber bladder. Besides,the pagoda springs is made to support the rubber  tube which can load 250,000 compression.

3.The connection between our bladder tube and shaft end have good sealing performance and very stable.

We use special equipment to connect the air bladder tube and the shaft end, then lock the outside by iron ring,which get tight seal efficiency.

While many other suppliers fasten both ends by iron wire only,this operation is easy to leak ,has badly sealing performance.

4. Quality control

We have the quality control team during the whole production from the very beginning to the end,and our target is to make sure each shaft is good and durable,because most of our pneumatic shafts need to export.
