Introduction:

Outer diameter of 6 inch key type sliding shaft=Φ151mm, maximum expansion diameter =Φ156mm

1.6”slip shaft is assembled by 6inch slip rings,please see pictures;

2. Applicable inner diameter of paper tube = Φ152.4mm;

3.Standard friction ring width 20mm,25mm,30mm,35mm, 45mm, 40mm, 50mm;

4 Standard inner diameter of friction ring, ID = φ60, other sizes can be customized;

5.If CORE ID of customers are not clear,please send us the sample tubes for measuring,CORE ID is important for OD of sliding shafts;

6.If CORE of customers are plastic tube,please check the Core ID correctly;

Features:Differential Shaft Use:

Everyone knows that the function of slitting machine (slicing machine) to reel is to divide and cut various materials into multiple reels, from the core to the outer layer: uniform, neat, constant tension winding in one or on the two shafts, however, there is a certain thickness error due to the uneven thickness of the material itself, or the coil material is continuously wound up to produce a larger accumulation error of the diameter of each coil, resulting in a difference in the winding speed of each strip larger, the difference in tension is greater, resulting in different tightness of the coils, uneven end faces, severely caused by excessive tensile force, resulting in material damage, especially polyester film, not only thickness error, but also large elongation, easy to stretch deformation causes waste, and the best way to solve these problems is to replace the take-up reel with a differential air shaft.
