First of all, the sealing of the gas nozzle is good, and it can ensure that the gas nozzle is filled and discharged during the two-second inflation time of the inflation shaft. And the internal air pressure is ensured, otherwise it will not be able to supply useful air pressure.

Secondly, the quality of the gas nozzle is good. Most of the gas nozzle materials use copper as the basic data. Because of the pressure of 3-4 atmospheres, the pressure resistance is also relatively high, and the production is also convenient.

Finally, the application of the gas nozzle needs to be noticed. Since only the gas-filling rod is facing the gas nozzle on the inflation shaft, the inflation shaft is successfully inflated, so the requirement for the rapid filling and exhausting function of the gas nozzle is relatively.

How to take the specific position of the air shaft

Apply special glass glue to the airbag connector of the inflatable end of the slat type inflatable shaft, and put the airbag connector on the airbag. The airbag is then bundled onto the joint with a wire of 1-1.5 mm in diameter. Pick up (pay attention to the strapping to prevent air leaks).

At the end of the airbag, the airbag clamping sleeve is sleeved, and a special Borre glue is applied on the air inflation head. The expansion head is hit into the airbag. The capsule is allowed to stand for a while, waiting for the glass glue to cure. Install the inflation nozzle onto the inflation tip.

Fill the airbag with compressed air by inflating and aligning the aeration nozzle. Note that the airbag is not restrained by external pressure at this time, and the inflation should not be excessive; to prevent damage to the airbag. Put the inflatable tip together with the gas flag in the water phase, and observe whether there is air leakage in the air nozzle and the air bag.

After the inflation nozzle and the airbag are sealed, the inflation shaft can be assembled. An anaerobic adhesive is applied to the contact faces of the fixed end and the aluminum alloy roller, and then the end is aligned with the positioning hole of the aluminum alloy roller. There is a steel number at the joint between the fixed end and the inflatable end and the aluminum alloy roller. Be careful not to misplace the two ends, and then press the fixed end into the aluminum alloy roller. Install the positioning sleeve, tighten the set screw, and tighten the countersunk head socket head cap screws.

 After applying the soft rubber on the contact surface of the inflatable tip and the aluminum alloy guide roller, the aluminum alloy roller is assembled together with the airbag, the positioning sleeve and the positioning screw are installed, and the countersunk head hexagonal screw is fastened.

Then, the inflation shaft is inserted into the paper core hole of the paper, and is filled with compressed air. After standing for a period of time, if the inflation shaft does not leak or drop the key, the inflation shaft can be used normally.
