Matte Roller

Used in: packaging, plastics, textile, printing and dyeing, paper, printing, steel, electronics, food, plywood and other industries.

The roller materials are made of 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel, which are processed by heat treatment such as welding, stress removal, quenching and tempering, quenching and so on. A reasonable flow channel or jacket is installed in the middle, and the temperature difference of the roller surface is not more than ±1 degree. The concentricity is not more than 0.01 mm. The roller surface is made of different specifications of sand, which is mechanically blasted to give different surface effects on the surface of the roller.
Matte roller is widely used in the matting treatment of plastic sheet materials such as PVC, PE, PP, ABS.

Matte roll: Both use high-quality alloy steel (38CrMoAl 42CrMo 60CrMoV9Gr2Mo) as the substrate, mechanically processed and heat-treated. Surface hardness HRC58-62. Evenly deepen the hole around the roller body, so that the heat transfer oil is circulated and heated in the peripheral hole, the temperature difference is ≤ 2 °C
