Application of air expansion shaft in high speed dry laminating machine
The main tension of the high-speed dry laminating machine is controlled by the man-machine interface to set the tension value and the tension taper value according to different data tension characteristics. The lateral conditioning of the roll is to adjust the hand wheel on the return arm to make all the rolls move laterally, and the conditioning scale is ±20mm. The reversing frame is mainly used for changing the roll, according to the material pressure roller; turning the glue switch to make the anilox roller glue. Turn off the heating oven, heat the drum and hot air blower, exhaust fan power and circulating water. Lower the glue tray, raise the scraper holder, clean the scraper holder and the anilox roller with high-speed dry laminating machine, recycle the remaining glue and seal the barrel, and clean the glue tray.
