HCCD probe working principle:
The HCCD probe reads the thin lines or edges of the coil through a miniature lens.
Different types of HCCD probes can be used depending on the requirements for coil deflection detection.
Since the HCCD probe has a built-in color filter system, the HCCD probe can easily read even thin lines with extremely low contrast.
This effectively reduces the time required for the new coil to be newly identified due to the replacement of the coil, which reduces production costs and increases productivity.
