Why Air Expanding Shafts Leak?

Once this problem occurs, the machine may not work properly.

The air expansion shaft leakage is roughly divided into four reasons. The first one is that there is a gap between the sealing rings. At this time, it is only necessary to install the sealing ring and then apply a layer of sealing glue on the surface. The second reason is that the air nozzle/valve leaks. This is because the air nozzle is not installed well or broken. At this time, it is necessary to replace the air nozzle and then install it to solve the problem. The third reason is that the rubber bladder inside is broken and leaking. This is because the rubber bladder wears out after a long time of use. After the airbag is aging and deflated inside the inflatable shaft, the airbag is aging, and there is a phenomenon of air leakage, then customers need to replace with a new rubber tube. The fourth reason is the looseness of pressure ring, this problem is simple,just tighten the pressure ring.
