EPC / LPC / CPC Web Guiding System

The double-roller guiding mechanism is an actuator of the process correction system, and is mainly used for correcting and using between the coils, and has the advantages of convenient installation and small occupied space. The guiding mechanism is compact and suitable for installation in tight and confined spaces.
The guiding mechanism has certain requirements on the tension of the material, and the correction effect is better when applied to a material with better rigidity.
The guiding mechanism adopts a unique bearing base system, which has a mechanical reaction action to minimize the friction and wear of the coil. It is equipped with two low-damping guide rollers. The entire process correction system can be used to control the position of the coil and make the coil. Material profit is minimized.

The installation of the guiding mechanism will affect the effect of the deviation correction. The feeding span L1 should be equal to the discharging span L2 and the maximum width of the material is 0.5~1 times.
The optimum angle for feeding and discharging is generally required to be 90 degrees.
The optimal position of the center of rotation allows for full use of lateral displacement to avoid wrinkles in the material.
