Installation:

Foot Mounted Tension Sensor

LX Sensor is a unique sensor for anxiety test. it is combined with regular tension automated controller, magnetic powder brake and magnetic powder grab to shape tension control system to realise anxiety control. it is widely used on top of things systems such as six-shade gravure printing system, slitting device and dry double system.

Use
1) set up the sensor in a single piece with the shoulder, the housing rubber curler, etc. according to the set up necessities. the middle of the shoulder have to correspond to the center factor of the higher plate. when installing the bearing at the top plate of the sensor, take note of the thickness of the top plate after the screw is tightened.
2) electrical connection socket in line with 1 power + 4 strength ground 2 signal + three signal ground or purple, blue, yellow, inexperienced.
3) whilst putting in, be careful no longer to drop hard items which includes pins into the nip among the indenter and the top cover to avoid affecting the performance.
4) after adjusting the relationship elements of the sensor, the parameters have been strictly examined, and it is not allowed to disassemble and set up the authentic installation nation.

Mounting of Tension Sensors:

Installation note:
1: The screws that install the tension detector and the housing should not be too long. If it is too long, the tension of the tension detector will not work properly and no tension will be detected.
2: When using the side fixing, it should be noted that the fixing screws should not be too long, otherwise the measuring mechanism in the tension detector will be damaged.
3: The tension sensor should not be subjected to strong impact or vibration at any time, otherwise it will cause damage to the tension detector.
