Paper Roll Chucks

The air-lifting chuck adapter is made of aluminum alloy and is a gas-rising shaft transfer device with a balloon and an inflation port. The sleeve is used together with the key bar type air rising shaft, and the position is fixed by the hexagon socket screw. After the air rising shaft is inflated, the key strip is lifted up, and the inner hole of the air jacket is tightened. Then, the inflation port of the air expansion jacket is inflated, and the compressed air enters the airbag through the air passage to make the air expansion jacket key bar to lock the paper tube. When the machine is used, it is not necessary to frequently change the gas rising shaft to complete the material winding and unwinding of different pipe diameters, and the lifting efficiency reduces the production cost.
