Unloading of rotating hydraulic motor:

Double-roller surface winding mechanism:

The paper roll tightness control system uses four sets of hydraulic disc brake systems to control the pressure at both ends of the winding swing arm. The system automatically supplies oil through an air bag accumulator and adjusts the pressure through a pressure regulating valve to control the friction of the brake disc. It can realize the independent pressure adjustment of the four winding swing arms. In addition to adjusting the tightness of the paper roll according to user requirements, the system can also reduce the wrinkles of paper rewinding through adjustment.
