The tension controller performs manual control using a magnetic powder brake and a magnetic powder clutch when unwinding, winding control or intermediate shaft control with a small change in the winding diameter; performing emergency control when the machine is stopped or adjusting the knob during operation operating.

The tension controller receives the signals transmitted by the two tension detectors, compares the set tension with the controller, and outputs the control magnetic powder clutch, brake, torque motor or servo motor to realize automatic control of unwinding or winding large size large diameter.
