It consists of digital rectification controller, CCD rectification sensor and stepper motor actuator. The CCD sensor is a new image rectification sensor developed and produced by our company. It uses line CCD device to collect material image, run high speed device to analyze image and output displacement signal. At the same time, it supports both switching and analog output, which can track the edge of the image and track the surface of the material with a resolution of 0.012mm.
