During the material winding process, the position of the edge or line is detected by the photosensor to pick up the edge or line position deviation signal. Then, the position deviation signal is transmitted to the photoelectric correction controller for logic operation, and a control signal is sent to the mechanical actuator to drive the mechanical actuator to correct the serpentine deviation of the material during operation to ensure linear motion of the material. Optional left and right limit switches prevent the system from running out of control.

Main performance indicators of photoelectric guide system:
1. Working on the line: The mark line width is not less than 2mm;
2. Work on the opposite side: keep the same chroma area above 2mm on the side of the side mark;
3. Detection distance: The coaxial reflection type photoelectric eye (visible light) is 12mm.
