[Guide Controller Application]

Guide controllers are indispensable in many industrial industries, mainly in the fields of coating machines, self-adhesive machines, laminating machines, slitting machines, winders, packaging and printing machinery. Due to the emergence of guide controllers, the industrial control industry has been greatly developed.
[Working principle of guide control system]

First, at the edge of the rectifying coil, the actual position and offset are measured. Note that the offset is to have a proportional electrical signal. This electrical signal is then sent to the controller, which is amplified and processed for transmission to the drive. Finally, the drive returns the web to a predetermined position.

Guide controllers can now be widely used in packaging, prevention, metallurgy and other industries. The materials needed are films, films, woven fabrics, etc., and are used in conjunction with printing, packaging and non-woven equipment.
