PRE 1inch air shafts are used in the producing processes for fitting into a core onto which materials such as fabric, nonwoven and plastics are winded. An Expanding Shaft is designed so that, on fitting into a core, it can be easily expanded, thereby achieving a quick and firm attachment, it may also be rapidly deflated to facility easy withdrawal of the shaft after winding of product is complete.

Order guide of 1 inch air shaft

Customers should specify model,accurate diameter(OD & CORE ID),dimension,the position of the gas nozzle,and the tolerance of the important size of the top of shaft.For any air valves on air shafts,when the gas nozzle is mounting,the out diameter of the top of the shaft should be more than 35mm;All formal drawing of overall dimension should be provided.After the confirmation of both sides,we will start production.

Usually it depends on the order quantity and the product models. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller,which is about 3-5 working days.

For safety chucks, air shafts which need about 15 working days.
