If the cleaning solution is improperly selected during cleaning, the surface will be deteriorated, and cracks and slag will occur. Therefore, it should be cleaned with a suitable cleaning solution. The temperature will accumulate in the rubber, which will cause the temperature to rise, which will not only accelerate the aging of the rubber, but also cause the rubber to heat up and expand once the rubber If the heat expands, it will cause the rubber core to be unshelled, so that the pressure between the rubber rollers is too large, and the extrusion deformation cannot be separated, which eventually causes it to be scrapped. Therefore, the temperature should be properly controlled during use.

    When the rubber roller is used in the printing industry, the ink should be cleaned in time. If it is not cleaned in time, the pressure between the rubber rollers will be increased in disguise, which will accelerate its wear and aging.

    Many multi-color printing presses have fewer color numbers of a certain printing product, causing the rubber rollers of other color groups to be unable to replenish the ink for a long time and rotate empty, causing damage in the dry friction state; if there is no ink on both ends of the ink fountain Putting the ink on will also cause it to be damaged due to long-term dry friction.
