Three Types of guide System
The guide system is a fully automatic intelligent control system consisting of sensors, controllers and actuators. It is mainly used for coil control in various industries to ensure that the deviation of the coil is within the controllable range, ensuring quality, reducing waste and improving efficiency. .
The guide system is divided into: electromechanical guide, gas-liquid guide, electro-hydraulic correction, etc.
Electromechanical: It is the mainstream of the current application. It is characterized by high precision of deviation correction, compact structure, simple installation and debugging, low energy consumption and environmental protection.
Gas-liquid type: It is a relatively early product. The main feature is that the thrust is large, but it has been constantly shaking during the use process. It has great damage to the machine and materials. It is easy to leak oil for a long time, high energy consumption and large volume. And other factors have been eliminated by the market;
Electro-hydraulics: guide is characterized by electromechanical control and hydraulic pushing, which solves the problem of gas-liquid oil leakage and sensor identification limitations, but the response is still slow, high energy consumption, large volume and other factors have not been widely applied;
The guiding system mode depends on the degree of material processing. Unprocessed materials can only be corrected based on the edge or centerline of the material, as these materials have no other comparative features for reference. The finished material has more features for guiding, such as printed lines or contrast edges. The position of the material can be scanned using an analog or digital sensor. According to the result of the scan, it is converted into a signal that the controller can, and the actuator is controlled.
The guide system is simple to install and the arrangement of the control components is reasonable and clear. When setting, the user only needs to select the components (sensors, pushers, etc.) connected to the controller in the setup menu, and the controller will automatically match all relevant control parameters. In operation, the user only needs to select the operating mode (automatic, manual or back) and the guide mode (left unilateral guide, right unilateral guide or centerline guide). In general debugging, the function of returning to the middle is used, and when it returns to the middle position, the test is performed. In normal production, manual/automatic function switching is used to complete the production process. In the correction mode, the center line correction is often used. For example, the center line has been printed on the printing machine, and only the center line can be corrected in the production process.
