The photoelectric guiding machine is an edge position detecting device (EPC), which is a system for controlling the horizontal position shift of the thin soft material during the conveying process, and has functions of automatic detection, automatic tracking, automatic adjustment and the like. Photoelectric guide can correct the deviation of coils such as web film, non-woven fabrics and woven fabrics. It can correct the deviation of various coil materials such as web film, metal foil, non-woven fabric and woven fabric. The photoelectric correcting machine control system can be used in light industry, textile, printing and dyeing, printing and other industries.
The photoelectric guide control system uses the photoelectric switch to detect the position of the material edge, and the synchronous motor driver, the synchronous motor, the lead screw, the carriage and the like constitute an actuator to complete the traction of the material and correct the deviation of the material during operation. The control unit of the photoelectric guide controller consists of a single-chip microcomputer and a large-scale integrated circuit. It has a built-in EEPROM data memory, which can permanently save the user's state settings, and lose power without losing data; built-in dead-time self-recovery circuit and EMI interference suppression circuit. The harsh environment works; the whole system adopts the "modular" concept design, which is convenient for users to form an integrated control system.
When the photoelectric guide machine is working, the position of one side or both sides is detected by the photoelectric detecting switch to pick up the position deviation signal. Then the position deviation signal is logically operated to generate a control signal, and the mechanical actuator (screw, slide, etc.) is driven by the synchronous motor to correct the snake-shaped deviation during material operation and control the linear motion of the material. Set the left and right limit switches in the direction of the deviation to prevent the system from running out of control.
The troubleshooting and troubleshooting points for photoelectric guide control are as follows:
1. The motor does not turn, open the outer casing to check the control board terminal, check whether the power supply and motor wiring are wrong, check the power supply insurance, check whether the panel control button is set correctly;
2. The photoelectric head is not bright, check whether the aviation plug connection cable is connected normally;
3, set the benchmark can not be found, check the material contrast color difference, eliminate interference factors.
