Those familiar with surface treatment technology know that mirror rollers are an indispensable part of surface calendering. How is the mirror roll made? The following describes the blasting technology of the mirror roll.
Sand blasting is a physical solution to the problem that is difficult to solve with chemical methods. The sand blasting technology uses compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the sprayed material (shot glass beads, steel shot, steel sand, quartz sand, corundum, iron sand, sea sand) to the surface of the workpiece to be processed at a high speed. The mechanical properties of the outer surface of the workpiece surface change. Due to the impact of the abrasive on the surface of the workpiece and the cutting action, the surface of the workpiece is given a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, so that the mechanical properties of the surface of the workpiece are improved, thus improving The fatigue resistance of the workpiece increases the adhesion between it and the coating, prolongs the durability of the coating film, and also facilitates the leveling and decoration of the coating, removing impurities, mottling and oxide layers on the surface, and at the same time The surface of the medium is roughened to cause residual stress on the surface of the substrate and to increase the surface hardness of the substrate. One of the methods of making rolls - etching is a chemical surface treatment that sometimes affects the appearance of the finished product.
Sand blasting technology can be divided into: (1) full gloss (100%): glass sand (2) semi-gloss (50%): 50% glass + 50% gold steel sand (3) matt (0%): gold steel Sand (Alumina Sand) It is difficult to completely adjust the gloss by one-time sandblasting because of the difference in the resin materials used and the difference in injection molding conditions.
1. Disassemble the package, check the surface and parts of the equipment for signs of damage, check whether the screws are loose, whether the electrical connectors are locked, and whether the accessories are complete.
2. The equipment should be placed on a flat hard surface, requiring the mirror roller to be at least 0.5 m away from the heat source, and ensure that the mirror roller is at least 1 m in front of and behind, and at least 0.5 m in space for operation.
3. Check the voltage requirements on the back of the vibration box and ensure that the system is well grounded.
4. Connect the device to the power and air supply. Be sure to turn off the power switch first. Pay attention to the voltage requirements.
5. The air line is connected to a clean, non-lubricated source of compressed air at a rated working pressure of 0.6 MPa.
6. Before using the new machine, you must read the mirror roller instructions and be familiar with the contents of this manual.
