Appearance Requirements For Mirror Rollers

If the quality of the mirror roll itself is not up to standard, then the processing and production of other products will bring a chain of adverse reactions. The use of mirror rollers is also very extensive, involving many manufacturing industries such as printing and dyeing, leather and plastics. As a machined part, it is an appearance when it comes into contact with the processed product. Therefore, after the production of the mirror roll, the appearance of the mirror roll is checked. 1) Packaging The packaging is neat and complete. It is made of pearl cotton, bubble film and other packaging materials. The thickness of the packaging should not be less than 15mm and it should be protected.

2) Electroplating solution There is no serious plating solution residue in the roller body and the end cap inner cavity, and the plating solution.

3) End cap:

1. The surface is clean and free of rust and oil;

2, the surface is flat, no defects such as depressions, protrusions;

3. The outer round surface of the end cover, the chamfered corner, and the rounded corners must be trimmed, so as not to be scratched;

 4. There is no residual chrome layer on the surface of the end cap, chamfered corner and transition fillet.



How much is the amount of ink on the mirror roller?
The embossing roll is an important component of the printing press and is responsible for evenly transferring a certain amount of ink to the printing plate. Its performance state determines the quality of the print and the precise transfer roller.

The amount of ink transferred by the mirror roller is determined by the number of mesh lines per inch. The higher the number of lines, the more the mesh pits, the less the ink volume; the fewer the number of mesh lines, the less the mesh pits, the larger the ink volume. The number of screen wires in the printing line is reasonable, which is determined by the color requirements of the printed products. Screen screening, network cable printing should select high line number, low ink volume; solid printing should select low line number, large ink volume. When using this type of anilox roller, pay special attention to prevent bumping, keep it clean and prevent ink clogging, and clean it immediately after printing. The accuracy of the wire roller is one of the important factors to ensure the printing quality of the printing press.

The reason is very simple; it is not possible to partially polish the surface of the mirror roller by local brushing; because the plating layer does not crystallize at the same time; the surface density of the mirror roller will be different; secondly; if the substrate uses other The material is effectively supplemented; the mirror roller is heated and calendered; the original repair position of the mirror roller will have different haze difference; this is also unacceptable for sheet metal production and processing enterprises.

The only way to do this is to use an embossing machine to remove the chrome layer on the surface; then use the same material to manually repair it; then perform electroplating and fabrication; but some mirror rollers that are quite strict are not allowed to make meat. That can only be polished and removed from the mirror roll; later electroplated to the polished mirror; this also has a special requirement; the synchronism must be manually adjusted; or else it can only be applied for scrapping; To complement the role of its original roller.
