Daily maintenance of the correcting machine:
Before the correcting machine works:
1. Carefully check whether the indicator of the power switch and the correction control system are normal.
2. Check if the electric eye indicator is normal, and the sensitivity of the electric eye and the motor.
3. Whether the magnetic powder brake can brake in time.
4. Fill the gear contact position with lubricating oil (recommended: oil) to maintain the lubrication between the wheels and reduce the mechanical wear to ensure the precision of the correction.
Corrector work:
1. Observe the abnormality of the indicator light on the panel of the correction control system.
2. There is no abnormality in the coordination of the electric eye with the control system and the motor.
3, listening to the sound, the mechanical part is no noise, the noise is too large.
4. Is the motor too hot? Generally about forty degrees is normal.
After the corrector works:
1. Turn off all power supplies to prevent the corrector from being in standby at any time.
2. Close the protective cover of the corrective control device to prevent foreign objects from hitting the control device or damaging the control panel.
3, for the electric eye plus protection device to protect the electric eye from damage by foreign objects.
4. Fill the bearings and screw of the motor with lubricating oil.
5. Fill the gear and magnetic powder brake with lubricant.
Common faults of the correcting machine:
1. The signal light of the control system of the correcting machine is not displayed.
2. Correcting the reaction slowly and correcting the overtravel.
3. The accuracy of the correction is low.
4. The motor does not work.
5. The magnetic powder brake cannot be braked in time.
6. The motor temperature is too high.
