Main functions of the fully automatic mask machine:
The equipment production line is mainly composed of body machine, flip piece conveying line and two ear belt welding machines. After the main body of the mask, the piece of the mask will be transmitted to the turning mechanism through the conveyor belt structure. The mask plate is turned over to the conveyor belt connected to the ear belt by turning, and then the mask plate is transferred to the front mask plate of the ear belt through the conveyor belt, and then place it according to the cylinder to weld the mask plate with the ear belt machine, so as to complete the production of the outer ear belt mask product.
Main features of the fully automatic mask machine:
1. Automatic raw materials, automatic transmission, ear wire welding and other automatic, high yield.

Maintenance method of fully automatic mask machine:
1. Appearance: Masks need to be worn on our faces, or even used in the operating room. Therefore, the production of masks requires the timely cleaning of the mask machine. At the end of each day, personnel should be arranged to clean the working surface of the equipment and the board to fix the mask. Note that water or oil cannot be used, other non-toxic and volatile cleaning solutions such as alcohol.
2. Transmission system: The transmission system includes electric motor, gear, reducer, sprocket, chain, conveyor belt and other components. We need to check whether the outer surface of the motor has any dust affecting the heat dissipation, whether the gear and sprocket are oiled, and whether there are accessories. Is the chain tightness the right thing? Is there a foreign body? Are the connection screws between the transmission components loose? Is the reducer having sufficient lubricating oil? Usually, the lubricants should be changed every 1000 to 1500 hours.
3. Electrical system: check whether the circuit connector of the equipment is loose, and whether the main power cord and branch signal line are worn? Is the electrical equipment too loose? Whether the inside of the distribution box is clean and dry, whether the exhaust fan works properly, etc.
4. Ultrasonic system: check whether the ultrasonic system is clean, especially the ultrasonic electric box, transducer, welding head (magnification) must be kept dry, and the connecting line must be firm. Also check the wear of the ultrasonic weld. Note the variation range of the voltmeter and ammeter pointer on the ultrasonic electrical box.
