1. To observe whether the structure of the rubber sheet is symmetrical and balanced, the two ends of the rubber sheet can be cross-sectioned and whether it conforms to the principle of symmetrical balance.

2. The internal quality of the rubber sheet firstly depends on the material, which can be handled by hand and visually.
If the floor is lighter in the hand, the insulating rubber sheet indicates that the bamboo is made of tender bamboo; if the texture is blurred, it means that the bamboo is not fresh and is relatively old. Nitrile rubber has excellent resistance to fuel oil and aromatic solvents, but it is not resistant to media such as ketones, esters and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Therefore, oil-resistant sealing products mainly use nitrile rubber.

3. See if the floor layer and the interlayer of the rubber sheet are tightly glued with both hands, and whether there will be delamination
Rubber|silicone rubber has outstanding high and low temperature resistance, ozone resistance and weathering resistance. It can maintain its unique flexibility and ozone resistance and weather resistance within the working temperature range of -70℃~+260℃. It is suitable for production. Sealing gaskets required in thermal mechanisms, such as strong light source lampshade gaskets, valve gaskets, etc.

4. Check the paint quality of the rubber sheet
Put the floor in the light to see if there are bubbles, pitting, orange peel on the surface, and then see whether the paint surface is rich, full and smooth. For example, the surface of the medium voltage plate is plated with purple and sold as a high voltage plate. Therefore, in addition to checking the appearance quality when purchasing, it is enough to measure the tensile strength. In the horizontal direction of the board, cut three samples of 200mm×20mm and test them on a tensile machine to find out whether they are shoddy and cut corners.

5. Check the appearance quality of the rubber sheet
Look at the color, the natural color of the rubber sheet is golden yellow, the whole body is transparent, and the carbonized rubber sheet is bronze or brown, and the color is uniform and shiny. It has medium hardness, acid and alkali resistance. It can work in 20% acid (alkali) liquids with a temperature between -30 and +60oC. Uses: It can be used to punch all kinds of gaskets with good sealing performance that require acid and alkali resistance.
