1. System structure
The strip correction electro-hydraulic servo system is a fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo system that integrates the four aspects of light, machine, electricity and liquid, and is a high-tech product with a wide range of mechatronic integration. It has the characteristics of fast response, high precision, long life and good stability. It can be widely used in the online correction of different types of strip production lines in machinery, metallurgy, papermaking, rubber, webbing, textile printing, electroplating, plastic film, and many other industries.

 
2. Application occasions
The strip rectification system can be used for the unwinding, coiling and online rectification control of the middle section of the following steel, nonferrous metal strip and light industry continuous production lines:


Hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing production line, color coating production line, tin plating processing line, pickling processing line, annealing and pickling processing line, continuous rolling and pickling processing line, continuous rolling production line, continuous annealing production line, drawing Bending and straightening machine line, papermaking, rubber, webbing, textile printing and dyeing, electroplating, plastic film.
 

3. Correction control
The system monitors a certain side of the tape feed through the photoelectric sensor, and converts the change of the tape feed position into an electrical signal and outputs it to the control amplifier. The controller compares this signal with the preset zero point correction signal. If there is a deviation, it outputs a corresponding deviation correction signal to the servo valve. The servo valve converts the signal into high-power hydraulic energy and drives the hydraulic cylinder to drive the coiler. The photoelectric frame connected with the rigid fixed arm as a whole is synchronized until the zero position of the photoelectric sensor coincides with the edge of the monitored strip. Such round-trip tracking eventually results in a coil with neat ends.
