The input side and the shaft must be connected using a flexible coupling, and the concentricity, straight angle, etc. of each axis must be controlled within the allowable range of the flexible coupling used. In addition, when bolts are inserted into the shaft end of the hollow shaft magnetic powder clutch, in order to prevent the bearing inside the magnetic powder clutch from being subjected to abnormal load, reserve a certain axial clearance on the elastic coupling.
3. When driving the pulley, in order to avoid additional load on the bearing inside the magnetic powder clutch, it is necessary to control the load within the allowable range.
