The magnetic powder clutch transmits torque according to the electromagnetic principle and using magnetic powder. The excitation current and the transmission torque are substantially linear. It can transmit a certain torque regardless of the slip, and has the advantages of fast response, simple structure, no pollution, no noise, no impact vibration and energy saving. The magnetic powder clutch uses imported high heat-resistant magnetic powder and ideal cooling measures, even in very severe continuous sliding operation, it can be used with peace of mind. When working, the noise is very small.
The following matters to be noted in the operation of the magnetic powder clutch are as follows:

1. Magnetic powder clutch and magnetic powder brake in normal operation, especially for newly installed clutch/brake, the surface temperature should not exceed 80 °C, water-cooled brake should not exceed 90 °C, forced air cooling should not exceed 60 °C. .
2. For water-cooled surface temperature, it should not be lower than 50 °C to avoid condensation. When the surface temperature is too low, the magnetic powder clutch should appropriately reduce the amount of water supplied.
3. The water and air-cooled magnetic powder brakes are in operation and cannot be disconnected from water or wind. If it is not guaranteed that the water supply and the wind will not be interrupted, water shut-off and wind protection devices should be installed.
4. If circulating water cooling is used, it is recommended to add an anti-corrosion agent to the water and replace the water every other month.
5. The life of the magnetic powder varies depending on the conditions of use. When the torque drops below 70% of the rated torque, it can be considered that the magnetic powder has deteriorated and should be replaced.
        Magnetic powder clutches, but sometimes it is difficult to determine the torque value at the working site. In this case, the method of appropriately increasing the excitation current can be used. When the current reaches the rated value and still cannot be used, the magnetic powder clutch replaces the magnetic powder.
