At this time, you should first increase the air pressure, because the tension required for the large diameter is relatively large, when the tension we provide is not large enough. Under the circumstances, there will be a phenomenon of unevenness in the deviation, especially the loose phenomenon. At this time, the tension must be increased. Conversely, if the tension is too tight and the material is severely deformed, we should Turn the tension down.
In short, whether it is to increase the tension or adjust the tension, we have only one goal, which is to adjust the slip axis to an ideal slitting and winding state.
The slip axis is slightly heated under normal use conditions. If the hand touches the slippery shaft and the hand feels hot or feels hot, then we need to find out the reason, whether it is the speed ratio or the tension setting.
