1. Tension control of discharge unit

The PLC controller can calculate the diameter of the unwinding, and the corresponding motor is continuously accelerated to keep the tension stable. The PID controller calculates the fine adjustment of the speed of the unwinding motor to ensure the tension is stable when the orientation of the unwinding roller is shifted.
2. Tension control of unloading storage rack and unloading process
The unloading storage rack can finish the zero-speed receiving when unloading. According to the online understanding of the tension control of the coating machine, because the cost of coating the substrate is relatively high, the tension is large, and the coating process is special, and the general lapping method cannot satisfy the production requirements, so the discharge and storage of the coating machine Shelf is different from other equipment.
Under normal circumstances, the discharge storage roller should be full of material to save the material replacement time of the discharge roller. Therefore, before the equipment is started, the state of the unloading storage rack should be checked to ensure that the unloading storage rack is full of materials and ready for unloading.
When the unloading unit needs to change materials, press the material receiving button, the unloading storage rack motor speeds up, and the unloading traction motor slows down. In this process, the unloading traction swing roller controls the unloading traction motor, and the unloading storage rack motor follows the speed of the host. When the speed of the unloading storage rack = host speed, the speed of the unloading traction motor drops to zero. At this moment, the unloading traction swing roller is switched from the originally controlled unloading traction motor to the unloading storage rack motor, so as to ensure the stable unloading tension and smooth zero-speed material receiving.
After finishing the unloading work, press the end button of the receiving, the unloading storage rack motor decelerates, and the unloading traction motor speeds up. The unloading traction roller at the beginning controls the unloading traction motor together. When 0, the speed of the unloading traction motor is equal to the speed of the host.
At the beginning of the unloading storage rack, the storage material is raised at zero speed until it reaches the set speed. At this time, the speed of the unloading traction motor = the speed of the host + the rising speed of the unloading storage rack.
When the material storage is finished, the motor of the material storage rack starts to decelerate uniformly until the speed is zero. According to the online understanding of the tension control of the coating machine, the unloading traction motor decelerates, and when the unloading storage rack motor is reduced to 0, it is reduced to the same speed as the host.

3. Tension control of coating unit
The circumference of the coating roller is fixed, so the rotation speed of the coating roller motor is the speed of the main machine plus the adjustment speed of the swing roller. 4. Tension control of the receiving and storage rack and the receiving process
The coating machine has a variety of processes, and the pre-drive shaft is required to be stopped at the time of receiving. Therefore, the tension control of the coating machine should have the organization of the receiving storage rack. Before starting the equipment, check the orientation of the receiving and storage rack, adjust the storage rack so that it automatically descends to the lower end of the storage organization at a certain speed, and is ready to receive material.
When the material receiving shaft needs to be changed, press the material receiving button to accelerate the material receiving storage rack from zero. At this time, the material receiving traction and the material receiving shaft are decelerated. In this process, the receiving traction swing roller controls the receiving traction motor, and the receiving storage rack motor follows the speed of the host. When the speed of the receiving storage rack motor = host speed, the speed of the receiving traction and the current axis of the receiving material decreases Is 0. At this moment, the receiving traction swing roller is switched from the original control of the receiving traction motor to the control of the storage rack motor, thereby ensuring that the receiving tension is stable. Subsequently, the receiving knife holder performs corresponding actions to end the receiving operation.
After the collection operation is finished, after the collection boom is lowered, the collection storage rack motor decelerates, and the collection traction and collection current axes accelerate. In this process, the receiving traction swing roller controls the receiving traction motor. When the speed of the receiving storage rack motor is reduced to 0, the receiving traction motor and the current speed of the receiving shaft = the speed of the host.
The receiving storage rack accelerates downward at zero speed until it reaches the set speed. At this moment, the speed of the receiving traction motor and the receiving current shaft = the speed of the host + the receiving storage rack lowering speed to meet the coating machine tension from the composite unit to the receiving storage rack, and from the receiving storage rack to the receiving unit Control security.
