How often do I need to replace the magnetic powder when using the magnetic particle brake controller?

This time is about after the machine has been in operation for a while. The operating frequency and usage environment of different machines will also affect the time to replace the magnetic powder. Generally speaking, if used frequently, it is necessary to replace the magnetic powder once a year. In the case of harsh use environment (such as high temperature, high humidity, etc.), the replacement time may be more frequent.
In fact, the magnetic powder on the magnetic powder clutch does not need to be replaced in a fixed cycle, and the replacement of the magnetic powder depends on the actual use.

If you want to reduce the number of magnetic powder changes, you need to pay attention to the following points:


1. Be aware of moisture. If the magnetic powder is wet, the performance will become unstable, so be especially careful not to let oil or moisture invade the inside. Especially when installed in the gearbox, the oil branch will invade the inside through the shaft, so it should be completely sealed with a film;


2. Please pay attention to the surface temperature. The surface temperature caused by continuous operation is below 90 degrees Celsius, and beyond this value, the durability is greatly reduced. Be sure to keep within the allowable sliding operating rate when using the above limit temperature as a standard. 1. Due to the long storage time during transportation or too long, the magnetic powder filled between the two groups of units is scattered on one side, and the excitation is not done before start-up, resulting in stuck;


3. Due to the low manufacturing accuracy of the product, the concentricity of the rotor is not enough, resulting in uneven or stuck output torque;


4. Excessive sealing of hollow shaft inner shell magnetic powder brake in the production process;


5. Caused by the use of inferior magnetic powder brake controller :
Before formal operation or after the device is moved, it must be evenly operated before it can be officially operated. In this way, a smooth torque can be generated, and the uniform operation mode is as follows: in the state of no excitation, the drive side rotates at high speed (below 1800rpm) for about 1 minute as much as possible, and the excitation current is set at 1/4-1/5 of the rated rating, on the one hand, the drive side is rotated, on the other hand, it is open in 5 seconds, off in 10 seconds, and the excitation is exhausted about 20 times.
