Safety chuck installation process and precautions

Safety chuck, can also be called safety chuck, quick chuck, safety chuck, chuck, chuck, etc. How it works: The safety chuck provides a fast, accurate, easy and safe connection device for the frequent connection of transmission and disengagement action.

1.Before installing the safety chuck：

• the safety chuck must be loaded into the lock nut and then gently screwed on the tool holder, adapter or spindle with the safety chuck;
• In order to obtain good performance, be sure to clean the threaded part of the safety chuck and lock nut, as well as the positioning surface and cone surface.

2.During the installation of the chuck and lock nut：
the chuck and lock nut must be tilted at a certain angle, and then gently placed into the lock card slot of the lock nut.

3.When using the safety chuck holder ：it must be noted that the safety chuck must clamp the tool, so as to avoid the tool flying out and injuring people in high-speed rotation and causing safety accidents; When the safety chuck shank is not working, it is strictly forbidden to lock the nut and tighten it on the shank, adapter or spindle when the chuck is not loaded into the tool to prevent the safety chuck from deforming and brittle chipping.
