In general, the excitation current is proportional to its output torque over a range of 5% to 100% of rated torque. Stable slip torque When the excitation current remains constant, the output torque is not affected by the differential speed (slip speed) between the transmission and the follower, that is, there is no difference between the static torque and the dynamic torque. Therefore, the magnetic powder clutch and the magnetic powder brake can output a constant torque very stably. If this feature is applied to tension control, the customer only needs to adjust the magnitude of the excitation current to achieve the purpose of controlling the tension of the coil in a simple, effective and accurate manner. Small control power and fast response speed Although the excitation current of the magnetic powder clutch and the magnetic powder brake is small, it can output a large torque, which makes it easy to form an automatic control system.
