Pneumatic brakes and clutches should be said to be needed for the development of tension control. Preparation before using magnetic powder brake
Do not hit hard when the magnetic powder brake is transported. The magnetic powder being inserted will segregate to an indefinite position before use. If the driving side and the passive side have difficulty in turning, they can be tilted up and down, and the outer periphery of the yoke can be tapped to restore the shape.

Do not leave it in a place with high humidity for a long time. When setting, please make it too fine. When entering, put in the force shaft and tap on the corner. Please connect the input shaft and the drive shaft, and the input and output forces to the load shaft. If the input shaft is too thin, it will not reverse. In addition, the elastic shaft coupling must be used for the connection of the force shaft, and the concentricity and straight angle of the thin coupling must be too small. Please use it within the tolerance of the coupling.

   Please make sure that the thin wires are not enough to fight the turning part. Do not cover the ventilation window when installing the plate bracket during installation. When the atmosphere cools, the air pressure must be above the specified value. Before the formal operation or after the device moves, it must be operated symmetrically before the formal operation.
