Pay attention to the following when operating the slitting machine:

1. The slitting machine needs to cut the entire roll or the whole raw material with a fixed length, such as plastic packaging materials, packaging cartons, steel plates, films, leather, wood chips, etc., and must use fixed-length slitting control .

2. Fixed-length slitting control is divided into static and dynamic slitting: when the set length is reached, the machine stops accurately, and then the static slitting is processed, and restarts after the slitting; when the set length is reached, it is issued without stopping. Slitting signal, the slitting machine dynamically slits during material movement.

3. The most important performance index of fixed-length slitting is slitting precision, and the consistency of finished product length is good.
