Precautions For Using The Safety Chuck

- Jun 26, 2019-

The safety chuck holds the workpiece to automatically center, so that positioning and clamping are completed at the same time. However, the clamping force is small, and it is suitable for clamping round, hexagonal workpiece blanks, bar stocks and parts that pass through the outer circle. When using the processed surface to make the clamping surface, the layer of copper should be wrapped to avoid damage to the processed surface.

After the safety chuck has been used for a period of time, the large bevel gear will have residual iron cutting affecting its clamping parts. Regularly clean the inside of the claw bevel gear and the large bevel gear. Install in the order of the size of the claw bevel gears and must be clamped together for use.

The structural characteristics of the safety chuck and precautions during use. When clamping the workpiece, use a reasonable and reliable clamping reference and find the clamping. Use the casing when clamping.
