Sealing ring problem: There may be gaps or aging between the sealing rings, resulting in gas leakage, at this time, the sealing ring needs to be installed, and a layer of sealant is poured on the surface to seal, if the sealing ring is seriously aged, it may need to be replaced with a new sealing ring.
Inflator nozzle problem: Inflator nozzle is not installed properly or aging may also lead to air leakage, at this time, you can replace the inflator nozzle and install it to ensure that the inflator nozzle is tightly connected to the inflatable shaft.
Hose problem: If the hose itself is not of good quality or there is a defect during installation, it may also cause air leakage, if the hose is cracked or there is air leakage, you need to remove the shaft head, replace a good quality hose, and reinstall it.
Pressing ring problem: loose pressing ring may also lead to gas leakage, at this time, only need to tighten the pressing ring, in order to avoid loose pressing ring, you need to observe at any time and check regularly.
Airbag problem: During long-term use, the airbag of the inflatable shaft may age or rupture, resulting in air leakage, and if the airbag is old or ruptured, it needs to be replaced with a new airbag.
Problems with keybars, springs, or screws: When the key bars of an inflatable shaft break or the springs or screws fall off, the airbag may be punctured and cause an air leak, in which case the keybars, springs, screws, and airbags need to be replaced.
(3) Hose leakage or rupture repair
Causes: The hose itself is not of good quality, has been used for too long, has been cut by sharp objects, or has been inflated with excessive pressure.
Maintenance method: The shaft head needs to be removed and replaced with a new hose. If the damage is minor and if allowed, you can also try to repair it with a professional hose repair agent
However, this method may not be very durable, so it is best to replace the hose with a new one.
(4) Loose pressure ring maintenance
Cause: Vibration of the equipment or prolonged use of the pressure ring causes the tightening degree of the pressure ring to decrease.
Maintenance method: Use the corresponding tools to tighten the pressure ring, and check the tightening of the pressure ring regularly in daily use.
(5) Repair of broken or worn key bars
Causes: long-term contact friction with coils, frequent expansion and contraction actions, excessive loads or quality problems of the key strip itself, etc.
Maintenance method: If the wear of the key strip is not serious, you can remove the burrs and worn parts by polishing the surface of the key strip to make it work normally; If the key strip is badly worn
or broken, you need to replace the key strip with a new one.
(6) Airbag rupture maintenance
Cause: Long-term use leads to the rupture of the inflatable shaft airbag.
Maintenance method: Professionals are required to carry out maintenance, and generally the shaft head needs to be removed and replaced with a new airbag.
(7) Shaft head deformation maintenance
Reason: During the usual use, the inflatable shaft is thrown and placed indiscriminately, resulting in the fracture of the shaft head of the inflatable shaft.
Maintenance method: The shaft head needs to be replaced.
(8) Repair of spring disc breakage
Cause: The spring blade inside the inflatable shaft may break partially or completely, causing the key bar to fail to return.
Maintenance method: Professional repair is required, and the spring blade usually needs to be replaced.
