From the development history of the clutch, the application of the safety chuck and the pneumatic clutch is also the inevitable development of the flexible printing industry. It is the progress of history. The main three phases of the development of the clutch 1, the electromagnetic clutch phase; 2, the magnetic powder clutch phase; 3, the pneumatic clutch phase. Naturally, there are some special clutches for the industry. We will not introduce them here. We are now mainly in the market for these three types of clutches. In the 70.80s, China's electromagnetic clutch dominated the machinery market, but with the technological innovation, in the late 80s and early 90s, the magnetic powder clutch has quietly entered the market. In the mid-1990s, pneumatic clutches have been used in some high-end industries in China. In fact, in foreign countries, pneumatic clutches have a history of 100 years. In today's flexographic printing industry, it has also been used by many companies. Because of the technical confidentiality issue, I am not specific to that business unit here. Wide range of torques, up to 36500Nm narrow, up to 5000Nm.
Good heat dissipation and heat resistance, no need for water cooling or forced air cooling, the highest heat resistant temperature is 130 °C, water or air cooling is required, and the limit temperature is 90 °C.
Moisture resistance and anti-sintering performance, good moisture resistance, can be used in humid environment; never sinter electromagnetic is easy to produce electric spark, unsafe magnetic powder is easy to get wet, resulting in unstable performance; easy to sinter low speed (15 rev / min or less) Torque controllability is good.
Multiplicity of torque output range The same type of brake can be used with high, medium and low friction plates with different friction coefficients. It is convenient to change the output torque in a wide range. The clutch output torque range of the same model is narrow.
The interchangeability and versatility of the components are interchangeable, and the friction components can be interchangeably replaced in different sizes and sizes of brakes and clutches.
Service life and maintainability The maintenance period is long and easy to maintain; the friction plate can be replaced on the equipment, and the service life of 45,000 to 60,000 hours can only be used within the allowable slip power, which is troublesome to maintain.
