What Is The Reason Why The Pneumatic Clutch Wears Too Fast?

- May 05, 2019-

(1) The problem of quality of inspection. Some users have adopted the method of replacing the friction plate after the serious wear of the pneumatic clutch plate of the ball mill. Due to the quality of the riveting and the quality problem of the pneumatic clutch face plate of the ball mill, the damage will be too fast, and the ball mill is also used. The pneumatic clutch is faulty with the pneumatic clutch. The pneumatic clutch pressure plate used in the ball mill is overheated during use, which causes the spring force of the pneumatic clutch platen of the ball mill to deteriorate, become soft, and break. Due to the spring force change of the spring, the flywheel, the driven disc and the pressure plate are slipped, and the wear of the driven disc friction plate is intensified. In the event of overheating of the platen, it is best to verify the spring force of the platen spring to ensure the best joint. The surface of the flywheel is severely strained and fatigue cracked. When replacing the new friction plate follower, there is no inspection and repair of the flywheel surface.

(2) The method of joining and separating is not correct. When the clutch is used, due to the poor cooperation of the throttle and the gear, the gear impact sound appears in the gear, and the pneumatic clutch for the ball mill is re-separated due to the impact, resulting in unnecessary separation, increased number of joints, and accelerated wear. In operation, the separation is often very fast, and the jointing is slow, so that the ball mill uses a pneumatic clutch to lengthen the sliding time during the joining process, and the wear is accelerated.

(3) The ball mill uses a pneumatic clutch to drive the disc and the engine flywheel and the clutch platen to slip. For example, some drivers often habitually put their feet on the clutch pedal. After the clutch pedal is stressed, the clutch cable is pulled, so that the ball mill is forced by the pneumatic clutch button valve, causing the button valve to be in an abnormal working state. The gas makes the pneumatic clutch booster cylinder of the ball mill also in an abnormal working state, and the ball mill uses a pneumatic clutch to exhibit a similar semi-clutch condition. The pressure of the clutch platen spring is partially absorbed, and the clutch slip occurs, which will cause the clutch disc friction plate to wear too fast over time.
