1. Security

Since the pneumatic clutch does not use electronic components, no electrical sparks are generated.

2. Use environment

(1) Ambient temperature

When the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees, the connection is allowed and the brake workload is low. When the ambient working environment is high, check the operating conditions. Please consult our company.

3. Stop accuracy

When it is required to stop the accuracy, please use the brake on the low speed side as much as possible.

4. Lubrication of bearings

The supply interval of the grease of the thrust ball bearing of the CSCP type pneumatic clutch varies depending on the environmental conditions used, and is usually 1 to 6 months. Other bearings use seal ball bearings, so there is no need to replenish.

5. Sealing department

(1) For a long time of air pressure, the dynamic resistance of the seal portion (O-ring, etc.) is increased, and the return becomes unsmooth.

(2) When the ambient temperature exceeds 40 to 60 degrees, or when the number of rotations is extremely high, it is recommended that the O-ring material be replaced by ferrocene rubber.
