A compound machine is a device that combines two or more materials together to form a new one-piece material by a certain process. The composited material retains the advantages of the original material on the one hand and compensates for each other's shortcomings on the other hand. The transmission system is mainly composed of a gluing motor, a composite motor, a winding motor and a unwinding motor, and is controlled by MD300, MD320 and MD330 respectively. Among them, MD330 works in open-loop torque mode, and calculates the winding diameter by line speed to maintain constant tension control.

In this scheme, the winding and unwinding are controlled by PRE tension special frequency converter, and the working mode is in the open loop torque mode, which can realize constant tension control;

The composite motor drive is controlled by the Huichuan MD300 inverter, and the host speed is controlled by a potentiometer or an acceleration/deceleration button. It is recommended to use the acceleration/deceleration button to control the speed to make the acceleration and deceleration process more stable. And realize multi-point and off-site control on the compound machine, which is more convenient for users to operate;

The gluing motor drive is controlled by the Huichuan MD320 inverter, and the output terminal AO1 of the MD300 is given as the main speed of the gluing inverter. The pendulum potentiometer analog input is used as the feedback amount of the PID through the AI2 channel. The frequency source of the MD320 is a superposition of the primary frequency AI1 and the secondary frequency source (PID). By adjusting the parameters of the process PID, a very stable effect can be obtained. The MD320 additionally adds a jog signal to control the operation of the rubber roller separately;


Program advantages:

The system structure is simple, only two inverters can realize speed synchronization control;

Easy to debug, with a wide range of parameter settings, the balance position control of the floating roller can be controlled by the inverter parameters;

The speed control is realized by the built-in PID, the processing speed is fast, the stability of the floating roller is good, especially the floating roller is stable during the acceleration and deceleration, and the material deviation phenomenon is effectively suppressed.
